You won’t over eat the *not so good choices* because you’ll be full of nutrient dense GOODNESS and fuller longer. ⠀

I get it…sometimes the quick to grab is “satisfying” and “easy” BUT what nutritional value are you getting? Not much – definitely not enough. Most likely not a balanced meal. ⠀

Eating of bowl of pasta will fill you. ⠀
Eating a bag of chips will fill you.⠀
Eating a meal with a variety of foods ⠀
(Fruit. VeggIe. Protein. Healthier Carb versions/choice) will fill you. ⠀
But we obviously know which is the better choice. ⠀

When you make that meal a protein PLUS have a veggie PLUS a healthy fat (you get it right?) your tummy is filling up with a boatload of nutrition and you’ll feel better about yourself and your food choices (YES food guilt – been there) AND your body will feel better because its receiving various nutrients from various food sources (and you’ll feel fuller longer too).
