Cry. Scream. Seek silence. Run. Workout. Seek support. Talk it out. Take a bath. Take a nap. Be alone. Call a babysitter. Go for a drive. Read a book. Put headphones on a play music that MOVES you. Get a job. Quit your job. Get a massage. Get your nails done. Eat that damn piece of chocolate (& don’t feel guilty for it).

To be a good Mom…
•
Do what you gotta do Momma to keep your sanity. To be the best you that you can be.
•If you’re struggling. You’re not present.
•If you’re not present. You’re not being the best version you can be.
•
You need to be OK. So do something for you to be the best you.
•
Ironically this has come up twice in conversations with people in the past 24hrs. So here’s my thoughts and support!

👏🏻 👏🏻 QUIT the Mom guilt!! You need to make time for yourself OR YOU WILL burnout. You will have less patience.

There willl always be “MORE to do OR MORE “should get dones” but remind yourself you’re not a bionic woman! This is one of the hardest things I sometimes get caught up in BUT learning to find an outlet and using it is life changing. Do it so “that stuff” piling up in your head, on the couch, on the kitchen table, and on the “to do to list” doesn’t drive you bonkers. You’ll be a better Mom, Wife, Partner, Co-worker, Family Member, (the list goes on) for it! 😘
