When I asked my group of some areas of struggle (when it comes to exercises and where one would like to see improvement etc). Triceps & Core were among the answers. So here’s a few exercises to strengthen those areas. 😉😘
30 Seconds each exercise *back to back*
REPEAT for more 🔥 burn!
1️⃣ Rainbows (put something in front of you and arch over tapping floor on each side)
2️⃣ 4 Tricep Dips. 4 Push & Pulls (Alternating side to side)
3️⃣ Narrow Wide (alternate legs together on top —> heels apart low)
4️⃣ Tricep Dip alternating knee taps
5️⃣ Prance Side to Side (alternate peddling toe to knee)
Ok. So who’s going to squeeze this in?! 🤗👍🏻😲 {& how many rounds?!}
