Why do I workout everyday? WHY NOT!😳

My health & sanity matters!! Some read, some watch TV, some crochet/knit (which someday I will learn to do), some draw/paint, some [__fill in the blank__]. I need this time. This ME time to recharge, rejuvenate, get a good detox sweat sesh. I want and NEED to feel healthy for myself and my family SOOO I can be all there FOR my family. I challenge you to start! Add something physical on to those “me time moments” I mentioned above! Let me explain why —>

You CAN NOT pour from an empty cup!! If you’re not taking care of yourself you’re not giving ALL that you can to those you’re caring for!!

Start fitting some time for YOU to be the BEST VERSION of yourself for your kiddos. They’re watching YOU! You need to lead by example!! YOU ARE worth 20mins, 30mins, 45mins+ a day!!
