Fit Time 😍

When I asked my group of some areas of struggle (when it comes to exercises and where one would like to see improvement etc). Triceps & Core were among the answers. So here’s a few exercises to strengthen those areas. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜

30 Seconds each exercise *back to back*

REPEAT for more πŸ”₯ burn!

1️⃣ Rainbows (put something in front of you and arch over tapping floor on each side)

2️⃣ 4 Tricep Dips. 4 Push & Pulls (Alternating side to side)

3️⃣ Narrow Wide (alternate legs together on top β€”> heels apart low)

4️⃣ Tricep Dip alternating knee taps

5️⃣ Prance Side to Side (alternate peddling toe to knee)

Ok. So who’s going to squeeze this in?! πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜² {& how many rounds?!}

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
