I’ve paid $50+ on one meal. Ive paid $60+ on spoil me things such as massage, facials, mani, pedi etc.. I’ve paid $70 on pants. I’ve paid for $5-10 for a beverage that wasn’t anything special. I’ve BLOWN money is ridiculous ways. I know you have too.

YET. When is comes to health and fitness people still say it’s to much money! Priorities need to be checked! What I think it really is…IS that it’s NOT…always…immediately…gratifying.

So yes. Mani, pedi, facial, massage…immediately gratifying. New outfit, new home furniture piece or decor, that meal, that beverage, that concert ticket, etc. immediately gratifying.
