Thanksgiving dish :). I always make a veggie dish to bring. Usually I play with butternut squash as the focus. This year I changed it up. Look how pretty it is 🙂

Peels Beets and Carrots and cut into slices.
Roasted in oven at 400 with the olive oil
Cooled and drizzled with the balsamic vinegar sprinkled with goat cheese and pecans.
