{Co-Co-Nut Nib No Bakes} aka Coconut-Cocoa Nib- PB No Bakes my Healthier Version. .
1/2 Cup of Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
5 Tbsp of Pure Natural Honey
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs (optional)
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1 1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Combine peanut butter, honey, & coconut oil in pan and slowly warm and stir together. Once melted & combined add vanilla, cocoa nibs, cocoa powder, and oatmeal.

Stir and drop onto parchment paper and refrigerate until ‘hardens’ :). Yummy!
