So where do we start!? We start with accepting the importance of this AND making a decision to start!

Ok. So start what? Start moving. Start watching what you eat. It can seem and feel overwhelming BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE!! No one said to run a marathon before even walking a mile.

It starts with ONE step at a time. ONE conscious choice to make a change. ONE change of food. ONE time saying No, not today. ONE. ONE. ONE.

One of the biggest things I hear from those I work with is the FEELING of being overwhelmed. Well silly, that’s because you’re trying to go from one extreme to the other. NO ONE, definitely not me, said you HAD to do that! Noooo…one step, one choice, one conscious change at a time.
