Each month I sit back and REFOCUS on HOW I can help even just 3 more people.

I ask myself where are people looking for support. For change. For encouragement. For accountability……

I ask my current groups what they’ve found helpful, useful, motivating, etc TO ENSURE I’m being most the supportive “coach” I can be.

I have a group starting in a couple weeks.

The BIGGEST thing I see and hear people want is to “FEEL like them again”. Sooooo let’s TAKE ACTION!

Time to FALL BACK TO YOU & prioritize focusing on themselves!! THEMSELVES!!! •That’s what is important!! •Not counting calories. •Not who can do the most steps. Etc etc.
