Ever tread water holding a brick weight?.
I remember doing that while being a lifeguard. That battle with yourself, your endurance, strength, mindset, WHO WILL WIN! Will you keep your head above water!?

Sometimes I feel like I’m doing that still. Just barely keeping your head above water!

BUT EACH DAY we have an opportunity to better than the day before!! Today is a new day = another day to get my sh*t together.

September has proven to be extra busy and overwhelming for me -mentally, emotionally, and physically. My stress and anxiety is super heightened and truth be told, it’s just the beginning and I’ve had moments where I’ve felt like I’m treading water holding a brick.

Last week I was NOT on top of my game….my to do lists kept on getting rewritten…I couldn’t seem to catch up…I beat myself up over things…It sucked!! BUT TODAY IS A NEW DAY! A new day to get things done…planned out…FOCUSED on!!

I hope you see today as a NEW DAY & tomorrow will be a new day too. Take the advice from my shirt–I know I am!! #youvegotthis.
