How easy to “miss” this. So when places offer juice, ALOT of times people don’t realize that it’s not 100% juice. Juice on it’s own is HIGH in sugar– natural from the fruit itself– BUT when something is a “juice drink” it’s usually loaded with more sugar. So make sure when you buy or get some juice YOUR CHECK to see if it’s a juice blend or drink vs 100% juice. .
Make sure you’re watching what the labels say if possible!
