Want to know the hardest thing about changing dietary habits?!? .
Habits. Yes. Definition of habit: a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.

When we create a habit of eating crap and eating to much of it, it’s a hard habit to break. We have cravings and our body detoxes as it’s deprived the “usual” not so healthy choices when we change up to cleaner eating.

Sooo….what’s clean eating? To me clean eating is EATING food closest to nature! BUT ALERT–> one can over eat with clean foods {as I learned and recently have reminded myself}.

My habits of overeating even clean foods became an oversight until I started the meal plan my upcoming group is focusing on.
My food habits are VERY routine and simple. I can eat the same thing day after day and really be OK with it. BUT until I looked at appropriate portion sizes and what I was eating I had an eye opening experience (AGAIN).

Some may be asking WHY and I doing this “meal plan” WELLLLL as a coach and support of my ROCKSTARS I believe it’s IMPORTANT to know exactly what they’re going to be experiencing!! I’m here every step of the way with these ROCKSTARS!

& LOOOOK…some I believe get me wrong. I’m NOT saying you can’t ever enjoy and indulge in something you LOVVVVEE….all I’m saying is EAT cleaner, healthier, balanced, etc MORE times than those indulgences!!

This group I’m coaching has been really focusing on their individual self and nutrition! Without balanced and appropriate nutrition one will NOT feel the best self they’re capable to feel. We are focusing on a specific balanced and appropriately portioned meal plan for 3 weeks– they have goals– realistic goals– & WITH the right mindset, commitment, dedication, nutrition and KNOWLEDGE… THEY WILL be able to reach them with time!!
