Life is all about BALANCE!! Balance in food, sleep, exercise, love, fun, WORK, EXPERIENCES & the list doesn’t end. .
I’m having a major struggle accepting my little guy is GROWING UP and is going to be going to school! 😱

Everything was working out GREAT :). I was due to have a little one and I’d be able to be Mommy at home while Big B went to school. Life happens, things change beyond control, and that’s not the current situation anymore….but we must keep moving forward (right?) because we can’t go backwards!! With how fast time is flying by and My Little B REMINDING ME *DAILY* that he’s not my little boy and that he’s a big boy I’ve noticed how things were a bit unbalanced for me.

One thing in the life we literally have NOOO control over is TIME! We can’t add time in a day…we can’t freeze it…so we must USE it wisely!!

To help work through this personal battle, I keep reminding myself to BALANCE life as much as I preach to balance nutrition and fitness with my #coachlife #fitnessinstuctor #passionjob. Im Blessed with the availability and opportunities to spend the day with my Son on my schedule/terms 💙 but I’m also a workoholic and will work all day everyday doing what I love doing if no one stops me. So I’m making sure I stop myself! I’m making sure I take advantage of these last few weeks of my little guy before he’s away in school everyday being that BIG Little Boy!
