Thyroid?

This is a GREAT little read!.

Thyroid Issues seem soooo common and the struggle seems to be an ongoing battle. THIS article really opened my eyes (shared with me from one who struggles herself and is one of my ROCKSTAR Challengers– “I think this is why the piyo plan worked so well for me.” She said as she shared this with me)

.

Personally not struggling with this makes it hard for me to understand and guide those who are BUT from my friend/challengers experience and her sharing this with me I feel already better and more knowledgeable to offer suggestions and support AND it comes from what I preach and believe already!

.

With what may seem as a never ending battle–STOP and GO back to the BASICS–see if that overs some help and changes!

.

Live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle which includes a diet rich in vegetables and lifestyle factors that support well-being (sleep, hydration, gentle exercise).

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
