How disciplined are you?!

I believe that discipline is clearly the key to reaching your goals. Life goals, work goals, financial goals, fitness and health goals.

We all struggle with discipline. We struggle with commitment and consistent follow through. When we are dedicated and disciplined we are more successful at completing our tasks, reaching our goals, etc.
.
How disciplined are you? Are you more disciplined in one area than another?!
.
Here’s a little tip or advice. Whatever the task, job, etc. that you ARE NOT so disciplined in BUT KNOW it’s an important task/job –> DO THAT FIRST THING if possible.
.
For example. One of the biggest struggles I find with those I work with is their discipline to fit fitness into their lives. Soooo I suggest they WAKE UP and do it before anything else (before they even can ‘realize what they’re doing’ lol.)
.
Another is eating balanced and appropriate portions. Discipline oneself when it comes to appropriate portion sizes. Only make what’s appropriate for you – don’t have temptations to deal with – eat whats right for you vs what’s convenient and just quick, GOTTA STOP and decide what’s more important.
