Challenges. .
Everyday we all have some sort of challenge to deal with.

•Challenges can push us to our breaking point. •They can push us to succeed.
•They can push us out of our comfort zones. •They can push us to give up OR to never give up.
.
No matter the challenge-how hard it maybe to say it or take it. Any challenge brought before us makes life interesting, right? It may change our actions, thoughts, views, etc. THOSE changes and the actions taken have a direct impact on our life from that point on.

How we handle the challenges before us leaves a standing impression on our day to day life.

I posted this morning as a timehop memory popped up- 3years ago I signed up for my first 10k, I thought 6.2miles was crazy. A few months ago I did my first marathon –SAME EMOTIONS AND FEARS– I thought I was crazy for signing up for that!

I took the challenge!
.
Just think –>Like I mentioned above –> we challenge ourselves for various reasons:
-To feel that fear and push to succeed
-To one up ourselves & To see if we can do it
-Maybe it’s a challenge that YOU NEED to take to see how strong you are
(In life-NOT just in our health, fitness, nutrition BUT in work, family, etc)

Take the challenge! Don’t let your THOUGHTS and fears overcome you! Work through it!! If you need someone to believe in you- I DO!
