Wanna know something?? #TruthTuesday
I truly believe EVERYONE in this Journey of Life worries about what others think of them. Which often causes more bad than good. Ironically the past two conversations I’ve had with people revolved around this thought. Sadly the FEAR of what others would THINK of them left them with their own regrets and struggles.
No matter what it is or how hard we work on it, often there’s that little piece holding us back from whatever it is we’re really wanting to do, say, etc. As simple as changing a hair style, ask someone on a date, change their job, or express their true feelings and dreams. Whatever it is -WE WORRY- of what someone else thoughts will be.
So you know what??!!
Will that persons opinion pay your bills? Will that persons opinion make you sad or happy? Will that persons opinion make you live with regrets?
Yes. It stinks. It’s nerve wracking. It’s uncomfortable BUT YOU KNOW WHAT….
✋🏻 Stop SHOULDing on yourself!!

🛑 Stop INCONVENIENCING yourself to convenience others.

✋🏻 Stop living unhealthy and unhappily due to fear of someone else’s reaction.

🛑 Stop holding yourself back of experiences and happiness for fear of just someone else’s thoughts.

✋🏻 Stop letting energy vampires suck your life away.
I totally get it. I have been there and hate that feeling. I’ve held back from my own happiness for FEAR of another persons thoughts. I’ve NOT gotten the things done (that were of pretty big importance) I needed to do for myself to DO what another wanted to do (and THAT not be of any major importance). I’ve sat around ‘wishing and wondering’. I’ve sat around sad and depressed from something another person has said. I’ve let someone else’s words dictate my journey in life. Unfortunately that’s all to ‘normal’ in this life we live.
BUT — YOU — ME — WE can make that change. It’s all in our control. It’s the power of our own strength and mindset.
Here’s my #TuesdayTips

FIRST: If they don’t know you personally DON’T TAKE IT PERSONALLY!!
SECOND: If you live in fear of the future because of what happened in the past, you’ll end up losing what you have in the present.
THIRD: *In my world*. The one and only person that makes the ultimate judgement that counts is God. As hurtful as others can be HE is the one we need to be worrying about, worrying about how he views or thinks of us.
When you’re struggling with what to do, how to respond to someone, or what reaction to have, THINK and ASK yourself WHOOOO is really suffering with the choice you’ll ultimately make!!?? If it’s yourself. Maybe it’s time to step out of that comfort zone and Make a change and DO FOR YOU!

I am 35 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother to a Beautiful Boy and my Rainbow Baby Girl. I am a dance and fitness instructor. I own a fitness studio where I offer a variety of fitness classes in the evenings. I recently have become a FULL TIME Fitness Coach after 3+ years of working as a Day Care Assistant after having my Son and leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. Fitness is my passion! I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout my both of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own and with Beachbody programs, live my dream of being a work from home mom (for most of the day), and teach at my studio (and other locations) in the evening. After the birth of my son I have worked hard to get my pre-preg. body back. Shaun T's T25 was initial program and then Tony's P90X3 BOTH which I loved the short affective times because with having a newborn baby that was EXACTLY what I needed. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT doing what I do! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
