People become *Coaches* because they WANT to make a difference in people’s lives.
*Life Coach

*Health Coach

*Fitness Coach

*Nutrition Coach
A Coach to me is someone who Is extremely passionate towards helping others. SOMEONE who CARES!! Someone who can related to those they’re supporting. Someone who’s BEEN THERE👍🏻. Someone who devotes their passion, time, and energy into helping people see that with belief, commitment, dedication, and determination THEY CAN and WILL be a happier healthier version of themselves.
My team just held a *Sneak Peek into the Life of a Coach*!! My team of coaches are nothing out of the ordinary. Just human beings with a desire to support others with the tools we’ve seen our own success come from.
When I first became a Coach I had NO idea how much of an impact it would have on my life. I wasn’t ready for ‘another job’. I just wanted to ‘rediscover me’ after having my Son for a year and still not ‘feeling me’. It wasn’t until I SAW first hand the impact coaching can have on others (like myself) who just need that extra accountability and support. Once I felt that in my heart and soul I was ‘sold’.
I knew that being a Coach would hold ME accountable too. I wanted to support others reach their goals while I continued my own lifestyle journey. We’re all human with struggles and set backs BUT with other like-minded people you’re connected with WE only realize that a ‘set back’ is a *set up* for a •come back•!
I knew that my fitness studio *Hobby Job*, as I call it because I never wanted/want it to feel like work, did provide some extra income to help where needed. As would my Coaching Hobby Job too.
I saw this opportunity as nothing but a POSITIVE Win Win all around. It was and still is on my own terms. I LOVE what I am able to do from my fingertips AND LOVE even more the *hundreds* of lives I’ve been able to support!
Anyone can Coach who has a passion for helping others. One who finds their time worth it to be physically active and aware of their health and nutrition. NO *Masters Degree* needed. Just TRUE, HONEST, Passionate people AND if that’s you then WHY NOT make your Health & Fitness YOUR Business!!??
I can’t wait to see the lives we will continue to change as we grow as individuals and as a team!! #Joinme! JOIN US!! Let’s change lives together!😍

I am 35 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother to a Beautiful Boy and my Rainbow Baby Girl. I am a dance and fitness instructor. I own a fitness studio where I offer a variety of fitness classes in the evenings. I recently have become a FULL TIME Fitness Coach after 3+ years of working as a Day Care Assistant after having my Son and leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. Fitness is my passion! I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout my both of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own and with Beachbody programs, live my dream of being a work from home mom (for most of the day), and teach at my studio (and other locations) in the evening. After the birth of my son I have worked hard to get my pre-preg. body back. Shaun T's T25 was initial program and then Tony's P90X3 BOTH which I loved the short affective times because with having a newborn baby that was EXACTLY what I needed. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT doing what I do! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
