Day 22 #of365 — got a quick workout in (22 minute to be exact #22minhardcorps) earlier today before a brunch date with some friends today. On my drive to meet them THIS randomly popped into my mind and I thought 💭 let’s chat about it LOL!
Ever feel like you’re working really hard and not getting anywhere?? Like a hamster spinning on it’s wheel!?
No matter your goal-toning, weight loss, and/or boosted energy level, you want results- right?! So what do you do when your workouts aren’t working out?!
•Self-Check/Self Analysis- Really look at your workout and your nutrition. Are you negating each? Working out but not eating right? Or eating well but not moving more than HAVE to!?
•Workout doesn’t seem effective? Your body is to ‘used’ to what you’ve been doing. Maybe you need to add a bit more time to it. The extra calorie burn can have a big impact on weight loss efforts.
• Make sure make sure you’re balancing out your workouts!! Does your routine include a mix of cardiovascular exercise, stretching/flexibility moves, and strength training.
•Jump out of your comfort zone and try something new!! It’s good for the body, mind, and soul!
Wont hurt to give these ideas a try–I betcha you’ll soon be seeing more results. 😍👌🏻👍🏻
