You’re still over eating. I always thought I ate well! I felt I was in check! BUT guess what. When I started being more aware of my portions I had a huge awakening!! I was OVER EATING healthy.
Salad Baby!!
I’m such a salad person!! There’s so much you can do with a salad!! 🙂 BUT before you know it, IF you’re not really aware, you can easily consume a 1000+ calorie salad!!
So keep yourself aware and in check!! I started using my portion fix containers and it really does make a big difference.
Dinner today– Salad with SWEET POTATO!!
It’s a great addition to the salad (like butternut squash is too)
I just microwave it until softened (not mush). Honestly it comes out dryer in microwave vs oven and it’s better that way in the salad in my opinion.
