For my dish to pass for our Christmas Eve dinner I brought Stuffed Mushrooms. I wasn’t sure how they’d be since I basically tossed together a bunch of recipes that I thought would work. Everyone said they were good SOOOO here’s the recipe:
Ingredients/Measurements:
3 – 10oz Packs of Baby Bella Mushrooms
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 green onions
8oz shrimp (canned tiny shrimp or frozen tiny shrimp)
8oz crab meat (can use real or imitation)
8oz pack cream cheese
1/2 c mayo
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pepper to desired taste
Directions:
•3 packs of mushrooms-cleaned and stems set aside
•Cut stems and sautéed in butter or olive oil etc. Dash of Worcestershire sauce in as cooks.
•Once stems are cooked down let cool. While cooling combine all ingredients in bowl -FOLD all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
•Filled cleaned mushroom caps and place in baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
•Bake at 350 until done.
