Everyone defines Health in their own words. To me it’s ones current state of mind, body, and soul! How one feels emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually!
I’m so grateful for my Health. I pray and Thank God daily when I wake up capable of all the things I’m able to do! YOU SHOULD TOO!
We easily take things for granted. It’s so important to understand and snap back to reality and just be Thankful for our Health! I personally struggle when I observe others NOT doing all they can for themselves, to better their health in all those areas I mentioned above, BUT I also have to remind myself that when they’re ready they’ll know. When that time comes I can be there to coach and support them if they choose!
ITS NEVER TO EARLY OR TO LATE to work at being the HEALTHIEST version of yourself!
•When you get to the point where enough is enough..
•When you’re tired & have no energy..
•When you get to the point you’re emotionally & mentally exhausted..
•When you TRUELY want a change..
THAT’S when you’re ready and will succeed!!
