One of the hardest things to accept is not everything is ‘immediate’!
We have goals for our health and fitness! We want them hit ‘like yesterday’ BUT sometimes we need that reminder that WE DIDNT get to the point were at overnight…WE CANT expect to be where we want to be overnight!
