Are you a runner? I consider myself to be one. 5k,10k,1/2 marathon under my belt. Maybe future marathon 😳. Like my previous post of you caught it, I was planning to shoot for 16miles this AM …BUT… With it raining and chilly at 5am I told myself better to try tmrw! Sooooo whatever type of runner –Beginner-Advanced…leisure runner…active runner…do you realize how important it is to also incorporate a more mellow workout such as yoga or Pilates into your routine!?
Just the breathing technique and strengthening and lengthing of the muscles in those workouts will help you running posture, strength, & endurance!!
I love teaching my yoga classes. But if you can’t work a class into your schedule DO IT AT HOME!!
I’m calling all my running buddies out for a challenge. Do this, PiYo, workout with me and see how awesome you’ll feel at the end!!
