I hear it ALL the time. When someone tells me they want to “think about” investing in their health, this is what I hear…
“Sarah, this sounds great… Let me think about it, let me talk to my significant other, let me sleep on it…”
You know it’s easier to focus on the negatives and WHAT IF’S verses the COULD BE and positives!!
It’s like the fact that it takes MORE muscles to frown vs to smile!
When I hear people say those words to me it’s like their mind is frowning vs smiling.
They think of possible fails, mistakes, mishaps, ‘will it work’, can I physically handle it, will I have to eat like a rabbit, I have to stop eating food I like, finding the time, making myself a priority,
These becomes the excuses of WHY they don’t commit.
The NEED needs to be focused on-the end result-ones health and fitness goals!
•Change doesn’t come without a challenge, without sacrifice and commitment!•
•So stop talking yourself OUT of it!
If you want it, you find a way (or you find an excuse)!•
•If you say you can or you say you can’t—your right!•
So what’s it going to be!!?? Let’s do this!
