Time for some #coachlife excitement!!
So daily I have this 5 minute journal I use. In it the first things I write down are things I’m grateful for!!
Doing this REALLY resets your mindset and it starts my day off positively!!
For my next challenge group -since I’ve become such an advocate for an attitude of gratitude I’m CHALLENGING them to NOT ONLY focus on their health and fitness BUT to set their mindset to 30 days of FOCUSED Gratitude!!
