#ThrowbackThursday #ThankfulThursday (Throwback toooo 2013)
Soooo this image I came across when browsing through pictures when I was searching for something. It really connects to what I’m about, my WHY, what I believe, and who I am today!
This guy (I KNOW you may have caught previous posts like this one) has had such an impact within my life without him even realizing it. Just like many others I’m sure can relate, maybe with an artist, author, musician, sport pro, idol of some sort that you aren’t 1:1 buddies with.
Before even becoming a Coach (which I did in 2014), for the previous 3 years, I had been attending LIVE workouts with him because:
1. I loved his workouts 2. He is SOOO motivating!!
It was around 2009 I started home workouts with Insanity…I went from steroid injections in my back to pain management to a STRONG enough core –> to no longer needing injections OR surgery…I worked out THROUGH my pregnancy doing Insanity…and it still is my favorite workout (now Insanity Max:30!)
I always say don’t make your REASONS your EXCUSES and felt so honored to have this ‘shout out’ from one of my LIVE workouts with Shaun T. Maybe it isn’t kids…or pregnancy…but something else…BUT I betcha your ‘excuse’ can be looked at as your ‘reason’ you ought to be!
So if you’re tired of hearing me say it…take it from the pro today!! 😍😆😁☺️👍
