Are you a coffee drinker? I used to live on coffee prior to my pregnancy.
Let’s go back to the start…I remember being younger and drinking from those cappuccino machines at the quick stop stores. Eventually I graduated to flavored sugar loaded lattes and other coffees from coffee shops (I know who can’t resist those holiday specialities-pumpkin and eggnog lattes were the BEST!) So…THEN I started to just drink coffee with some flavored creamer. I eventually ditched those artificial fake chemical bombs to just coffee and 1/2 & 1/2. Once I became pregnant I switched to decaf and ALOT LESS coffee/day anyway. NOW I proudly can say when I drink my coffee it is black (90% of the time it’s Decaf, sometimes with a pinch of stevia, and ONCE in awhile if looking for a little creaminess, a dash of unsweetened cashew milk).
If you are as I once was and are trying to make some lifestyle changes JUST THINK of how much stuff is in those flavored coffee concoctions! Make your own…sprinkle cinnamon in the coffee grinds, make your own creamer if you just can’t go black yet, OR just slowly day by day make changes. If that is a goal of yours you can do it! It’s a mind set 😉.
