Do you see these ‘promises’ everywhere? On TV, in magazines, in stores, radio, etc.Â
Ask your self. Does this sound too good to be true? If so it probably is.Â
If it’s stating you don’t have to do any work for it then I would say it’s bull!
They market them quite well…..the “miracle” 5-minute program/pill/cream ‘you name its’ usually are promoted by a “Superstar/model yadayada” Â “Bestselling” authors, “Famous to someone faces” and get promoted in well known magazines, tv channels, and more.Â
I find this so unfortunate…and always roll my eyes as I listen/read the sales pitch and think about how many people get ripped off!

How do I know it doesn’t work?
→ If there is no mention of nutrition then there won’t be the results they claim! Flatten tummies, thinner thighs, and dropping of lbs DOES NOT happen without PROPER NUTRITION. SURE u may drop numbers in the scale when they say just take this pill and drink this juice (full of synergetic chemically made crap) BUT once you start eating again all that weight will just pile back on. That ISNT the healthy way!!
Waists don’t get smaller or thighs thinner-etc –They just don’t without a proper diet! There’s just no getting around that.
→ And second, I don’t know what your physical activity plans may look like with these ‘miracle fixes’ BUT I DO know that flat tummies & thinner thighs happen on bodies that burn fat. So for example: All the ab workouts in the world aren’t going to flatten your tummy unless you’re doing something to burn the fat layer on top of the muscles.
Don’t fall for the gimmicks…..it’s going to take real change in your life to see real change in your body!Â
Don’t cheat yourself and try to take the easy way out! Look at how long it’s been that has gotten your body to the point it is at! It may just take that much time to reverse it to get to where you want to be! Make smart choices!! Commit to be Fit & Healthy!Â
