Everyone has struggles and weaknesses -everyone has areas that they feel could be improved. But how often do we do something about that?

We all have those times when it seems like things are going great and out of the blue we get that kick off of cloud 9 and BAM that one thing hits you and reminds you ‘Oh Yea -I need to work on myself with this’
For myself it’s ‘stop inconveniencing myself to convenience others when it’s really not in my own best interest.’
Working on my goal of detaching from work, from social media, from the ‘distractions’ in life and to take at least 7minutes to myself -to find myself either at beginning or end of the day. My workouts NO DOUBT are my relief. But meditate on LIFE-ON MY LOVED ONES and what I’m most GRATEFUL for!
YOUR mediation can be anything. It doesn’t need to involve a yoga mat and candles. Maybe it’s just a quiet room and hot cup of tea or coffee…or a silent walk…or really whatever works for you.
We often get little hidden messages reminding ourselves that we NEED to ‘better’ ourselves and connect to ourselves. I always say in my fitness classes and challenges ‘Honor YOUR Body!!’ I’m adding onto that- ‘Honor your Mind too’.
