Feeling the Feels!

Things that crossed my mind during my recent vacation in relation to my job. ⠀

⭐️Freedom. ~ When ever I worked a job that was for someone else VS for being independent I DREADED requesting time off. Seriously it used to stress me out. I hated that feeling of “Will I be able to take the time off”. Can you relate? I’m so grateful that I have that flexibility in my own schedule and being my own boss allowing myself to take vacation time more freely and comfortably. ⠀

💛Happy People. ~ If you’ve been to Disney then I think you’ll know what I mean. Everyone there is so pleasant and happy. Maybe I’ve just been lucky the past 4 years of going (sure there are people there that may be having a bad day, extra sensitive, hot and sweaty, irritable or grumpy etc) BUT what I’m really trying to get at is the “like minded atmosphere”. I feel the same feels here as when I go to my work meetings and conventions. Everyone’s mind is set at the same frequency. Everyone is there for the same good reason. To enjoy the mystical magical atmosphere. ⠀

🌟 Flexibility~ I can work from anywhere. I can go away and give me WiFi/Data and I can connect with my FitFamily. I can record workouts and share them. I can email and message people to connect with them. It’s super convenient and flexible and I love it! ⠀

🔑. The key for me was realizing that I can work doing what I LOVE to do. I took that leap and it’s been so freeing! I’ve been able to be a Work-from-home-Mom for both my kiddos, I’ve been able to inspire and assist others in making their life changing choices that has given them more happiness and freedoms. ⠀

👉🏻. I always knew what I wanted to be able to do, live fit and healthy life, but didn’t know that I TOO could be someone to help influence people to live that life too (AND it be my job!). If you have a passion for food, health, wellness, fitness (of all types) you too can make it a passion job! Don’t be like me and hesitate (I should have jumped from that first initial thought – instead I waited years). I’d love to see you feeling these feels too, let’s chat!

I am 35 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother to a Beautiful Boy and my Rainbow Baby Girl. I am a dance and fitness instructor. I own a fitness studio where I offer a variety of fitness classes in the evenings. I recently have become a FULL TIME Fitness Coach after 3+ years of working as a Day Care Assistant after having my Son and leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. Fitness is my passion! I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout my both of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own and with Beachbody programs, live my dream of being a work from home mom (for most of the day), and teach at my studio (and other locations) in the evening. After the birth of my son I have worked hard to get my pre-preg. body back. Shaun T's T25 was initial program and then Tony's P90X3 BOTH which I loved the short affective times because with having a newborn baby that was EXACTLY what I needed. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT doing what I do! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
