9 Month Baby Bump VS 9 Month Postpartum. Friday Flashback.

🌟

Blows me away what the female body can do and goes through during pregnancy and child birth. You literally create a human inside of you. I’m so so grateful for what my body had done for me. It’s amazing. Now to look back and see that bump. It’s hard to recall that or believe THAT WAS ME.

🌟

I recently was asked (again – which is all good 👍🏻☺️) When I felt I’d be back to prebaby body.

🌟

Our bodies are intended to change. Change as we age. Change as we grow. Change as we go through life changes and experiences.

🌟

This body went through an amazing transformation to bring life to this world.

🌟

I’m 9 Months Postpartum and I’ve learned I HAVE to take it slow for my body to heal and adjust. Sure I can in time get as strong or stronger. I could get as lean or leaner. BUT I WONT be setting expectations upon myself to fit the mold I once was because there’s been some major changes that have occurred. It’s a journey and one to be patient with. The TRUE HEALING comes from your MINDSET.

🌟

JUST LIKE I tell those I mentor and coach. If you’re trying to lose those 10,20,50lbs of weight you’ve gained over time. You will NOT do it over night. If it took months or years to gain. Expect it to take time to come off (if you want to Honor your body and do it in a healthy way! That’s how I roll and that’s how I preach! #Honoryourbody). That body won’t LOOK the same either so remove that image of you 10-20years ago because you’re 10-20years older now. Older and wiser so

focus on the NEW YOU! Love yourself Friends!! If you’re hating on yourself and negative on yourself YOU WONT be in the right space to create positive changes for the things you’re trying to achieve. Reset your Mindset. Affirm positive things. Honor your body and your journey!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
