I used to be that girl that ate a pint of Ben & Jerry’s as a 2nd lunch after eating a bagel slathered in creamy cream cheese. THEN to eat candy galore (Swedish fish and sour patch kids were my FAV!) and wash it down with Diet Mountain Dew. OH MY I cringe now thinking of how bad I ate. Dinner would be a bowl of pasta or ramen noodle soup or those ‘cup of noodle’ soups. Only veggies I was eating was that corn in the cup of noodle soup LOL. AND breaking that bubble but now I don’t count corn as a veggie for myself!

Knowledge is POWER…and its empowering that WE have the control over what we want to put in our body to FEED it and FUEL it!

Simple Nutrition — THATS what Im ALL about! THAT is how EASY it can be! STOP over thinking the process!

THINK instead — FOOD IS FUEL — what I am putting into my mouth WILL it benefit me? Is it full of nutrients or is it a quick easy grab and go processed food?

Take my breakfast for example…Eggs & Carrots (and sprinkle of cheddar and mozzarella cheese)? WHAT – odd combo? WELL why not?! Veggies and Eggs are great…one just doesn’t usually see carrots with them lol. BUT TO ME — what I SEE is *Veggie* *Protein* *Health(ier) Fat*

When eating balanced and correct portions YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING! I CAN NOT SAY IT ENOUGH!
