Interest VS. Commitment

Interest vs Commitment!

Ever find yourself excited and on fire over something new?! Feel commitment but after time that interest gets pushed to the back burner. Life happens and we may fall back a little. THEN we find that over time that when its convenient we do what we once swore we’d never miss a day of?

It’s funny how –>let’s pick working out for example<– we ALL OF A SUDDEN HAVE to fold the laundry that’s been sitting there for awhile. THE same laundry that would continue to sit there had a favorite TV show came on, OR FB news feed just blew up with ‘exciting’ posts, all at the same hr. the thought of working out popped into our minds.

I share this image in every online fitness accountability group I host!! We all start in these groups because our goals get us excited! We are fired up and ready to ROCK IT! I post this to remind my group of their commitment!! When it’s worth your time you make it work!! Fall off for a day. Jump back in. Fall off for a week. Jump back in. A MONTH. Jump back in. Re-commit!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
