The times that I feel my best are the time that I just finish working out.

Did you know that when you work out you release chemicals in your body that our “feel good” chemicals? It’s the same chemicals that our body gets when taking anti-depressants.

It’s like self-medicating yourself.

I know what it feels like to use anti-depressants. Years ago I dealt with PMDD (huh…what’s that? google it). I also went through a rollercoaster of depression and anxiety last year with my miscarriage. Anyone who suffers from some form of depression suffers differently but for me exercise, once again to the rescue, became my fix. With eating healthy, living a healthier life, and working out in some way, shape, form…I wasn’t on those pills for the PMDD very long. 🙌🏻👍🏻❤️ and I knew from that experience I could do some self-help with my struggles I experienced from my loss last year.

Just from my personal experience and what I KNOW works for me. EXERCISE is my daily medication. Feeling stressed, anxious, depressed?! I always feel better after getting in some form of exercise.

This morning my ROCKSTARS and I met up and we ROCKED OUT another *ZOO* workout together❤️. My hair definitely shows the aftermath a bit! 😆 While I was feeling some pent up energy and emotions after being sick last week and out of routine it felt great to be back on track getting my daily fix.

So no matter what’s happening to and within you…remember you can give yourself a bit of a *pick-me-up* just by fitting by some form of fitness in daily!! You are worth it!! You deserve those natural “feel good” chemical releases daily too!
