FOOD PSA — this is an appropriate serving of PB with this apple. Now I’ll admit PB is my weakness — usually I’m eating that mug PB PER SLICE of apple 🍏 lol — BUT serving size is really truly important to pay attention too daily!

A Bowl doesn’t equal a serving.
A plateful doesn’t equal a serving.
Just because the bag is smaller bag doesn’t mean it equals a serving.
A spoonful doesn’t equal a serving.

You have to read the label. You should know what is a full serving or what may be 2 or more.
IE.
A banana – technically a 1/2 a banana is a suggested serving. So eating a full banana = 2 servings.
A nice spoonful of PB from the jar may actually equal 3+ servings. ✋🏻(totally me)
