All to often the mindset is like this – “I’ll cut food intake and calories to drop lbs” — but in that process I can betcha that you feel like CRAP!

Eating often- eating enough-& eating balanced is KEY!

Let’s talk HEALTHY!

I know a TON of women who suffer with this whether it is in fear of gaining weight, or just not making time to eat. This is more impactful on ones overall health – in a negative way – than people realize!

🖌Let me paint a picture🖌
👫 Your body – is like a House 🏡.

Let’s say you’re not making enough income to pay your energy bill – you most likely turn down the heat – make sure lights aren’t on when not needed etc. -All to conserve right!?
.
Your body does something similar! When there isn’t enough calories coming in, the body conserves energy & slows the metabolism down.
Now this goes into much more detail and actually impacts your organs too (Not Good!). The body stores fat for fear of starvation and actually uses the muscle within your body for nutrients (because that’s where the goods are at). Low energy. Thyroid fluctuation for some. AND MORE.

⭐️PLAN ahead! Have some meals packed for quick grabs if you know finding a meal may be a struggle⭐️ …& while at it —>
🌈 Think EAT the rainbow 🌈
👉🏻 MIX & Match your food groups! 👈🏻
Ie. Fruit or veggie and healthy fat (Apple/Carrots/Celery & PB) OR Carb & Healthy Fat (Whole Grain Cracker & Cheese)

PS. ‼️It is not about decreasing what you eat but rather increasing the GOOD foods to get your metabolism fired up!‼️
