Exercise cures all 😁

I know you may not believe it until you’ve experienced it BUT if you’re having a *Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day* or just even 1/2 of one of those…EXERCISE is a great way to make you FEEL GOOD AGAIN!

.

Not that I was having a terrible day, but I could tell I needed to get my adrenaline pumping, heart beating, runners high…or my “on edge hormone swings” could have landed me nothing good!

.

So when the snow stopped and roads looked good – I HIT THE ROAD! #hipflexors are “adjusting”, belly is #pooching more, but I’m keeping my promise to myself of #honoringmybody and got a nice therapeutic 5k in!

.

Sooooo….whatever it is…need to just feel a release of tension, frustration, hormone build up lol…#Getmoving it will help!

.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
