It’s added to so many things! Hidden right before our eyes!!

There really is NO NEED for added sugar in many of the things it’s added into! Yessss I get it. It sweetens it up…BUT there’s no nutritional boost by having it there AND less sugar you’re ingesting the better for your body AND your taste buds adjust!!

Take Peanut Butter as an example! I bet if you go to the store 90% or MORE of the jars of PB you see on the shelf have some sort of added sugar.

THESE BABIES — DO. NOT. — (& there’s an organic option too if you’d prefer to buy organic).

So….now I’m curious:
☝🏻 Did you realize your PB had added sugar?
☝🏻 Look at your bottle — what kind of added sugar is in it? [sugar, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, molasses, ….or]

No judgement – I’m just curious – post below what you find! If you’re trying to avoid unnecessary added sugars here is 1 place to start :).

Oh and if you try it and think YUCK … it’s not really yucky— it’s more pure — not something your taste buds are used to — so just give it some time!
