Yesterday making my *dish to pass* for Thanksgiving #1 I was preparing a mix of veggies to roast. Butternut squash was one, I LOVE roasted chunks of squash, but I hate peeling it!
Sooooo I tried out this trick and it worked!
What to do:
1. Pierce the squash all over
2. Microwave for 3-3.5 minutes
3. Let cool to be able to touch
4. Slice skin off with much more ease
