YOUR HEALTH is not an expense! YOUR HEALTH is a worthwhile investment!!.
I saw the advertisement for the new phone and out of curiousity looked up the cost. Yup. No shocker. $1000…if one can afford it–I’m not knocking them BUT often I see and hear people complain that eating healthy costs to much BUT then has a lot of fancy gadgets and toys. WHAT it REALLY boils down to ISSSSSS priorities. What’s more important to someone.
.
Making healthy choices is an investment. When it comes to food, eating cleaner, less processed food (meaning from the earth/in its most natural state ie. It’s real. –>Baked potatoe vs. Real mash potatoes vs. processed boxed mash potatoes) is really important (more important than “no home button” lol.
.
As a fitness instructor I am ALL FOR movement/exercise BUT truth be told – our Health is HUGELY influenced by what we consume. Consuming better quality food = better quality of health AND it doesn’t have to “BE TO EXPENSIVE” to do!
Here’s some tips:
1. Find a quality discount store IE. Aldis has ORGANIC food–no artificial/synthetic ingredients/coloring etc.
2. When you shop. Shop smart! Don’t go when you’re hungry…make a list and ONLY get what’s on the list…avoid the center aisles…EAT BEFORE you go….READ labels (fewer the ingredients the better for you), & if you REALLY do not NEED it – do not buy it!
3. Make YOUR HEALTH a priority–budget these important things into your lifestyle! Make a commitment and stick to it. Your body, heart, and mind will thank you! (Oh. And your pocket too beeecaauuuseee investing into your health now is way cheaper than doctor bills later!)
