If you pretend it isn’t there — it DOESN’T MEAN it’s really not there!!

We all have struggles…in fact I was chatting with a BEAUTIFUL person this morning and we were talking about the BATTLE with FOOD and our MIND, EMOTIONS, etc.
.
She reminded me of myself. How unhealthy I used to eat. How in high school eating a Bagel with Cream Cheese a pint of Ben & Jerry’s was the norm for me. How living off of Mtn Dew (was what kept me going). How easy it was to just EAT AWAY your emotions in times of struggle and stress WHICH ONLY FEED the negative emotions because guilt and shame follows the food fix and sugar high.

Like with ANYthing, we need to admit where we need change, or where we need help!

I shared with her that with realization of what is good and not, with personal growth, and FEELING and SEEING changes to ones mind and body through revealing where we need to make changes & TREATING it like we should, we almost AWAKEN to a new self!

Soooo ask yourself. Is there something you’re *covering, afraid to reveal, afraid to accept, or admit?*
