✋🏻 Stop being a spectator! ✋🏻 Stop wanting and start doing!

Those who say they can and can’t are BOTH right, you’ve probably heard that before, right?

.

Well start saying you CAN! Start taking action vs being the one watching and wishing! 

.

IM NOT just talking my fitness/nutrition passion BUT in GENERAL my friends!

BUT let me share an example: A goal I had was to run a marathon. When I was training for my Marathon, there were PLENTY of mornings I didn’t want to get up at 5am to Run in single digit temperatures ❄️ BUT I didn’t achieve my goal by ACTING on my feelings of *I don’t feel like it today, it’s cold and my bed feels so warm* — I ACHIEVED that goal by ACTING ON MY COMMITMENT!

It’s important to act on commitment instead of feelings Friends!

.

•Want to travel…start making that happen (plan out a trip in the future, start saving financially, block dates in schedule, etc)

•Want a new job…start doing what you need to do (schooling, trainings, job searching etc). 

•Want to feel better emotionally, mentally, physically? Start eating cleaner and being physically active! 

.

When we ACT on COMMITMENT instead of feelings we achieve much more! When we ACT on our FEELINGS –> that “oh I can’t today or I don’t feel like it”…WELL that’s what you’re telling yourself and that’s what you’ll get! You WON’T be successful reaching your goals and desires if you just ‘daydream’ about them! Be a #Dreamcatcher!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
