Whatever your insecurities -it’s time to work on them -to TAKE CONTROL over them!!

•For every insecure thought. Counteract it with 5 positive ones.
•For every time one of your insecurities holds you back DO SOMETHING to feel more confident against them.

Insecurities to often creep in and ruin some of the best moments. Acknowledge that creepin’ feeling and smash it before it ruins a good thing!!

Remember. Many of your insecurities have been influenced from something/someone else -maybe they’ve said something-maybe they’ve made you feel that way without saying something- maybe it’s just been subliminal messages- things like not smart enough, fit enough, strong enough, quick enough, clever enough, etc. They’re all things WE can become SECURE about with practice, with self-love, personal development and growth.
