LOVED these as a kid when my friends and I would get it from our school cafeteria. My friend made them the other day when I went to visit and it triggered some memories THEN it triggered some cravings to have them again SOooo I made them myself. .
I did it a little different than she did.

Ingredients:

•Maple Syrup or Honey (PURE all natural-not fake crap)
•Dark Chocolate (I used 60% Dark Chocolate Ghirardelli Chips)
•Himalayan Sea Salt (optional)
—
Bottom:
• 1 Cup of Nut Butter
• 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
• 1/4 Cup Honey or Maple Syrup
MIX IN BOWL – will become thicker – pour in a parchment paper lined dish
Top:
• 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 Cup Nut Butter
In a microwave dish – microwave the two ingredients at 20 second intervals. Stir until chocolate is melted. (I left some chucks of unmelted chips intentionally for chocolate chunk bites)
-One can add more chocolate if want more chocolate flavor.
-Pour Chocolate on top of PB layer
-Sprinkle with Sea Salt (optional)
-Place in freezer for 45minutes. Once finished in freezer pull parchment paper out of dish and cut into squares.
-ENJOY!!
