The Journey…

Dain had one of the Pirates of the Caribbean on last night and I heard the famous Jack Sparrow say this line. .

It’s clearly been heard before but I love what it represents to me when I sit and really think deep into it.

.

In life. No matter the journey. Good. Bad. Sad. Happy. Stressful. Exhilarating.

.

There is always a Journey to the desired destination and ALONG that journey there will be hiccups and tumbles along with gains and goals hit BUT it really is the journey that makes us grow, learn, LIVE.

.

Next Journey OR THIS current Journey you’re on, we are on, look at the steps along the way and LIVE in them and acknowledge them, learn from them, appreciate them, & grow from them.

.

Once you reach that destination REMEMBER what that journey entailed and EMBRACE IT! I believe we are given what we may love or hate for a reason. The bumps/hardships and the joys. It isn’t always easy to see it that way, on that journey, BUT You will….We will…and that’ll make the Destination even more special!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
