I went to make my usual CHOCOLATE PB shake and thought LET ME change it up a bit!!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake! #yesplease
Then Baby B wanted his ‘Smoothie’ (Tropical Strawberry Mango), insisted he drink it from Mommy’s big cup with a straw like Mommy, AND to top it off he wanted to CHEERS. πππ
But know what? I think back to when I used to get Peanut Butter Reeses Ice Cream and put it in the blender with some Jiff PB & CHOCOLATE milk. π² Oh it was so good BUT WOW being more educated on my nutrition now — smh it was SOOOOOO BADDDD!
Now I can STILL enjoy that Chocolate PB Shake BUT a much healthier version!! NO guilt. NO sugar overload. ALOT less EMPTY calories ingested AND #thetruth what I am ingesting IS actually nutritional and GOOD for me!
So now instead I chose to have THAT tasty shake just about every day! {Or change it up a bit like I did today by adding yogurt & ricotta cheese}.
I’m saving on extra unnecessary lbs, gaining energy and feeding my body right (vitamins, pre/probiotics, a full serving of all the necessary nutrients my body needs and CRAVES for everyday, and more). +Baby B loves it too!!
