Food tip!! Do you like to make recipes with “breaded” foods?
Trying to watch your carbs?!?
How about INSTEAD of breadcrumbs you use almond meal!
Yummy!! Almond “breaded” Tilapia!
You of course can bake or pan fry (my preferred oil is coconut oil if frying).
Just dip in egg and ‘bread’ with the almond meal (feel free to add seasonings to it if you’d like)
Cook and ENJOY!!
