I hate the word •Diet• it often leaves the thought of ‘food deprivation’ — I don’t even like to say that word when I work with my groups!
I don’t preach of ‘a diet’ I focus on ‘your diet’ the foods you feed your body!! The best thing that I have discovered was the EASY way of balanced eating and appropriate portions. These color coded containers are genius when used right!!
My biggest struggle, as with many, is portions. Who doesn’t like a big portion of carbs right? Welllll your body in the long run doesn’t! Soooo learning to eat balanced and appropriate portions is really the KEY to a realistic healthy lifestyle!!
